Everytime I clean it off with Windex or water and vinegar it still comes back. It is on the inside AND THE OUTSIDE of the vases. They are large cylinder vases. It is somewhat powdery,How can I clean off white film from a clear vase?

For the inside, fill the vase with hot water and drop in about 6 denture cleaning tablets. Let sit overnight. You may have to do this more than once. For the outside, soak a towel or cloth in full strength white vinegar and wrap around the vase. Leave overnight. You may have to do this more than once also.
