Go to Lowes and get some paint stripper. It will take it right off.

If there's not too much paint on it you can scrape it off with a razor.
Go buy a small can of paint thinner. Put some on a cloth and keep wiping untill its gone. There might be a hazy film once the paint is off but it should be fine once you wash it. Also. regular lighter fluid, like the type that goes into a zippo lighter will take it right off as well.
there is a product called spot-x works great. or use warm water and slowly rub on it, use a old rag that should take care of it
Use nailpolish remover

you can also try a mild acid or dishwashing bar.

Paint comes off with turpentine. It is the only thing in the market branded as a paint remover. If you can get some turpentine, it'll work the best...
Glass should not be harmed by a razor blade ... use the single-edge type so you won't get hurt.
Just rub it down with paint thinner or nail polish remover!
